Tests of Models of Elementary Particles

Susumu Ôkubo · Progress of Theoretical Physics Supplement · 1966

By means of the algebra of currents, the validity of models of elementary particles have been tested. From studies of the decay rate of w:o~Z-r, a calculation of the axial vector renormalization constant g A, the decay rates of v,~l + l and those of v,-P, +-r decays, it has been concluded that the fractionally charged quark model of Geii-Mann and Zweig is the best candidate among all others.weak interactions, which one can explain by means of the V-A four-fermion *l
