Five-user collaborative code with rate of 1.67

A new five-user collaborative code (CC) that has an overall rate (throughput) of 1.67 (5/3) is presented. A comparison is made between this upper limit and the throughput of the new code, it being found that the new five-user CC has 75% efficiency.
