Retrospective is the most basic and important practices in agile software development. Although retrospective makes the rhythm in the team, brings the continuous improvement, the team that don't have experience of retrospective often hesitate and confuse. Moreover, there is danger of becoming mannerism a lot, even if the team is accustomed to retrospective. This pattern language presents the solution to the problem of the facilitator among problems in these various conduct.
