This paper deals with some special issues in complex military's C4ISR (Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) problem. The fuzzy relational equations are used to give a try to describe the system's behavior of these issues approximately. Moreover, a design framework for this intelligent decision system is also build by fuzzy relations and deduced from the solutions of the corresponding fuzzy relations equations. A conceptual numerical example and a proposed fast solution's method are used to illustrate those applications. It is shown that the most complex military's C4ISR intelligent systems can be possibly designed with fuzzy theory, and the implied potential of applications from fuzzy relational equations in future.
