Advanced pagination of the result

The report presents a method of dividing large result of SQL queries into pages. Use of SQL operators for skipping records(first/skip, limit offset) is substituted with additional condition. The time for getting each page of the result is approximately equal. The method handles sorting of the result - in ascending or descending order. Steps have been taken so that one record only appears in one page.
