There has been much publicity lately about the difficulties associated with data processing systems.Customers complain that it is almost impossible for them to correct what they think are mistakes in bills sent to them by a data processing installation. Another aspect of data processing installations, which is just as important, is how to maintain files in an environment where errors can be generated by hardware or software failures.
