COMPARISON OF SEVERAL METHODS FOR EVALUATING IMAGE QUALITY OF RADIOGRAPHIC SCREEN-FILM SYSTEMS
Kurt Rossmann · American Journal of Roentgenology · 1966
The appearance of a radiograph results from a complicated interaction of several factors, each of which can be studied separately, but whose relative importance is not known in detail. It is difficult, therefore, to develop a general technique for measuring radiographic image quality which holds for all types of images under any imaging condition.
