Laplace transform and convolution integral for higher-order systems
C. PULÉ · International Journal of Electronics · 1970
The Laplace transform and convolution integral are well known for their assistance in providing frequency or time responses when using conventional signals and networks. The correct interpretation of these integrals is usually left to the individual but this note shows how both integrals are related and can be used to cover special three-dimensional signals and other special networks. The close relationship between electrical filters and optical niters impulse functions is mentioned.
