Detection of recurrent signals in noise by phosphorescent memory

Jean-Noël Aubrun · Electronics Letters · 1965

The mean values of all parts of a recurrent signal are simultaneously obtained by a synchronous recording on a circular phosphorescent tape, and continuously read at the same frequency by a photosensitive system. A significant noise reduction is obtained.
