In Parts 1 and 2, this article considers the perception of a selected number of small-to-medium-sized enterprises towards the security problems of E-commerce. It emphasises the need for common sense and personal responsibility of individual business users. The centralized approach of those in the IT Industry in the defining of problems and proposing of solutions is questioned following a narrative based study.
