Abstract A high aspect ratio and novel conformal display was realized and developed. The stretchable electrode and display media, deposited on an amorphous‐PET substrate were thermoformed to a specific shape by vacuum forming process. This novel conformal display has potential for smart skin, outer shell of products applications.
