The C language integrated development environment (IDE) with data accessing can help the programming beginners fast grasp the basic language grammars and the drawing functions of C language. It also helps C language to access relational data, no relational data and the cluster communication port (COM) data conveniently. The system has the characters such as window docking freely, the striking grammar, a rich control toolbox, the program templates and the guide code behind the scenes open. This IDE provides a platform for C language to develop various applications quickly and can help to reduce the cost of programmer cultivating. The construction and development of the system is based on the add-in theory. To develop the new language and the new compiler of this system is the key of the development and Visual parser++ plays a big role in it.
