Method for Collecting Context Information in Mobile Communication Networks

This study proposesa system structure for the effective control of an external profilecreated from each heterogeneous network and an internal profile created from each task’s performance. It also provides an independent system operation algorithm and high-speed handshaking methodby excluding the disorderly connection between system operating algorithms (e.g. handover, resource allotment, QoS control), the related cells, and complex conformityand bystoring information on theproposedmonitoring system context and processing structure. Monitoring dynamically controls the related function setting according to changesin thecontext information of the mobile handset and station, and each function interacts as each function adjusts to change and is controlled and reorganized.
