micro-blog articles should be protected by Chinese Copyright Law so long as they are original works. The infringement of copyright may be means of copying, digitizing, retweeting works, and setting the hyperlinks in micro-blog. Bloggers need to bear legal liability for their infringement of copyright if knowingly. Notifying and knowing rules could be applied for micro-blog service provider's legal liability of infringement of copyright without considering the order.
