A modified procedure for the realization of the transfer-function matrix from a mixture of Markov parameters and moments

A procedure for the realization of a transfer function matrix using a mixture of Markov parameters and moments is given. The procedure results in the determination ofA, B, andC, and does not involve the determination of A-1andA^{-k+1}, etc., as needed in existing techniques.
