Explicit Presentation of the Inverses of Some Types of Matrices

The aim of this paper is to determine the explicit forms of the inverses of certain special types of symmetric and persymmetric-band matrices and to deduce relationships in the structures between these inverses and the corresponding original matrices. The condition numbers of the matrices considered are also given wherever possible.
