Modelling carrier to interference ratio in cellularmobile radio environments

A novel technique to model carrier to interference ratio (CIR) in mobile radio is presented, based on the CIR time-autocorrelation and probability distribution functions. The model concept is simple, shows a high degree of accuracy and may be applied to data other than CIR measurements.
