Problem reporting and development tracking using VM/SP

This paper discusses some aspects of handling software error information in an environment where development is also in progress. A tool called RPT is described, combining the twin tasks of problem reporting and enhancement tracking in a medium-sized operating system project. RPT runs under IBM VM/ISP and uses CMS and XEDIT.
