Putting security back into signatures

Handwritten signatures are frequently embedded in electronic documents in an attempt to secure its authenticity and integrity. This article explains why the simple capturing of signature images is not enough, and why capturing the dynamic properties of the signature provides for a much more robust system. A selection of the latest case studies is also presented.
