The 'Barbershop Problem' is primodial and ubiquitous in the teaching of modeling and simulation. It was only natural to present it to a class in "Conceptual Modeling, " which I taught about a year ago in the Computer Science Department of Hofstra University [Hempstead, Long Island, New York].
