Classifications and Hyperstructures in problems of Architecture and Town-Planning

In this paper, we show that a crisp or fuzzy partition can be interpreted as a commutative closed hypergroup. We further show that fuzzy partitions and hypergroups can give practical meaning to solve some problems about Town Planning derived from the application of some recent laws. In particular, in this paper we treat the problem about clustering of urban territory in homogeneous microzones, in compliance with the law n. 431/98 which defines the rents.
