Optimization of mobile ad-hoc network using distributed Push-to-Talk mechanism

In servicing based on Push-to-Talk (PTT) only one of several members of a group is allowed to send a message. In the present article a distributed PTT mechanism for a mobile ad-hoc network is considered. Precisely which member of the group is allowed to send messages is determined by means of distributed interaction.
