Switching signals with minimum bandwidth

The bandwidth of deterministic switching signals with prespecified distribution of zeros is investigated. A minimum bandwidth is established for the ensemble of signals passing through a given set of zeros on the time axis. The mathematical form of the subset of such signals which have the minimum bandwidth is determined. Similar results are also obtained for switching signals whoso zeros are nil zero-crossings.
