Assessment of uncertainty in the quality of knowledge in the research publication review process

This study analyzes the uncertainty that exists in the knowledge quality assessment in a peer-review process for scientific research work. By defining the quality of knowledge in scientific fields, this paper aims to propose an assessment framework to reduce the uncertainty in decision-making that is inherent among reviewers' subjective judgments.
