Study on Optimizing the Process Parameters for the Band Saw Equipment

Aiming at the lack of the mature process parameters optimization design and the dedicated digital control system for the band saw equipment at home, the dynamic model of the sawing process is established. The correlativity of the cutting quality with the cutting process parameters is analyzed. The optimization design of the cutting process parameters and the dedicated digital control strategy for the appropriate band saw equipment are studied to form the independent intellectual property rights on the parameters optimization technology for the sawing equipment process and the numerical control system based on the technology. That provides the technical support for improving the processing accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the band saw equipment.
