Local Realizations of Nonlinear Causal Operators

We give necessary and sufficient conditions for a causal operator to have a local realization of class $C^k (k = 1, \cdots ,\infty ,\omega )$ of the form \[\dot x = f(x,u),\quad y = h(x).\]We show that two minimal local realizations of the same response map are locally difleomorphic.
