Computer networks in Japan

This report is an introduction to computer network systems which are currently being planned or implemented in Japan. Stimulated by the ARPA Network, computer communication networks are becoming more popular and as a result, many network systems are being studied and will be established. Some of the typical systems are introduced and explained in this report with special reference to system configurations, communications and network usages.
