Observability problems for regular stationary differential-algebraic systems

Observability, ideal observability and conditional ideal observability problems are considered for linear regular stationary differential-algebraic systems. Spectral and rank solvability criteria are stated and proved for these problems. Existence of restoring operations is studied. Specific examples of observation plants are given to illustrate the approach efficiency and drawbacks.
