CEREBRAL PALSY VISION SCREENING

GEORGE P. LO CASCIO · Optometry and Vision Science · 1972

A comprehensive preschool-age vision screening program is applied to students with cerebral palsy. Based upon actual test results on a selected number of afflicted children, various tests are evaluated. These include visual acuity, fusion, squint, refractive error, and motility. Data are compared to the normal population. Techniques are outlined, results are summarized, and conclusions are made relative to the value of the tests and program.
