A versatile inductometer bridge
Albert Campbell · Journal of Scientific Instruments · 1927
The author's Capacitance Bridge is described, by which quick measurements can be made of capacitance over a very wide range (I μμF to 30 μF). Although primarily designed for this purpose, it can also be used for a variety of other measurements, e.g. of small mutual and self-inductances and of large self-inductances extending to many henries, such as occur in intervalve transformers. Effective resistance and frequency can also be determined, and very high and low resistances approximately measured.
