Note added in proof: Under 'Peak generator output' (p451) there is a slight miscalculation.The figure given in the last line should be 2084 MW and not 2081 MW.Because of this the subsequent results also contain slight errors (eg if the waste heat from the station were used in a district heating system, we would now require only 731000 houses!).However, these are only slight errors in the values and do not affect the method of calculation.
