The law on computer crime in Italy

After having reviewed all the Bills relating to computer crime presented in Italy between 1984 and 1992, the Author analyses, in comparative terms, Italian Law No. 547 of 1993 and the Recommendation of the Council of Europe No. R (89) 9 for the purpose of demonstrating their similarities and differences.
