Differentiability of Relations and Differential Stability of Perturbed Optimization Problems

Several new concepts of differentiability of multifunctions are introduced. Special attention is paid to relations given by perturbed inequalities. Applications are given to the study of the value (or marginal) function of a perturbed nonlinear program.
