New Criteria for the Semiconvergence of Interval Matrices

We derive new criteria for the convergence of powers of interval matrices $[A]$ to a limit which may differ from O. The absolute value $|[A]|$ of $[A]$ is allowed to be reducible with slight additional restrictions.
