Low cost, network based, telecare systems are being developed for use in both private homes and sheltered housing schemes that provide advanced facilities tailored to both individual client and care providers' needs. These systems utilise advanced voice messaging technologies and BT's managed telemetry platform to provide low cost, intelligent services.
