Reflexive generalized inverses and their minors*

All the reflexive g-inverses of AεR mxn are characterized. A general form for reflexive g-inverses of A is given in terms of the minors of the rxr submatrices of A The minors of reflexive g-inverses at A are also given in terms of its minors. Formulas for the minors of the Moore-Penrose inverse and the group inverse are special cases.
