Cyber-terrorists and Counter Spies

Shortly after the terrorist attacks on the US, many experts began predicting the imminent arrival of cyber-terrorism that would exploit the gaping vulnerabilities of advanced electronic businesses and E-governments. So far, that has not happened. As far as has been publicly reported there has been no instance of significant “cyber-jihad”, except for a couple of minor website defacements.
