The information retrieving from millions of data available on the computational resource is not a major challenge. But how to get relevant knowledge from the information through various information technologies available is the key issue and to utilize relevant knowledge outcomes from information for academic purpose in distributed environment where faculty and students communicate with software technology rather then with individual. Knowledge learning from heterogeneous information sources available on knowledge Grid environment is a challenging research and development issue. This paper mainly concerns all aspects of the knowledge discovery, learning, sharing process and integrates grid data resource by agents for educational institutes and university in distributed environment.
