Regular method of synthesis of substitute cryptographic constructions with maximum distance of nonlinearity

Aregular method of synthesis of optimal substitute cryptographic constructions, representing S -boxes, with maximum distance of nonlinearity and other practically attractive cryptographic properties has been proposed. This method is based on the operators of m -shift, cyclic time shift, permutations, and cyclic frequency shift.
