Comment on range invariance of matrix products

A necessary and sufficient condition for (AB− C) to be invariant with respect to the choice of generalized inverse B − is derived by reformulating a condition of Baksalary and Kala (1983). The new condition seems to be less complicated and more elucidating than the former one.
