Higher Moment Properties of k-Component (k≥3) Coherent States in a Finite Dimensional Basis
Barnana Roy · Modern Physics Letters B · 1997
We introduce the k-component (k ≥ 3) coherent states in a finite dimensional basis and study their quadrature and higher moment squeezing properties. The results show that these states have Nth power squeezing for N = mk, m = 1,2,3, … for even and odd k and for [Formula: see text], m = 0,1,2, … for even k but none of the states exhibit quadrature squeezing.
