Students recruitment and retention in computer science

Computer science has several unique advantageous that most other fields must be envy of. Despite that, computer science is facing the problem of students recruitment and retention for the last ten years. The situation, although seems to be slowly getting better, is far from the normal expectation. And that raises several questions. Through this panel discussion, we expect to gain some clarity and understanding, and hence hopefully find some answers to the questions related to the issue of recruitment and retention in computer science.
