Analyses of the captured incidents and its security strategy in government portal websites

Captured incidents do not only damage the image of the government but also undermine the public trust. The paper analyzes objectively the main captured incident and its reasons what happened. Then the corresponding strategy through personal, technology and management is discussed how to strengthen safeguard in website to provide more guaranty for use and development. The security strategies help to improve ruling ability and service level of government, also play an important role in constructing service government.
