Automated determination of the response in the complex frequency domain of passive linear networks

A method is presented for computer assisted determination of the system functions for passive linear RLC networks, and hence the response of such a network in the s-domain. A computer program has been written and applied illustratively to a high-pass elliptic filter, an RLC circuit with dependent voltage and current sources, and a simple tuned amplifier.
