The company Pilotfish has developed the system MIVEO which is used by car-sharing to wirelessly monitor, book or otherwise manage a fleet of cars. In a car pool the system has three different types of users with varying degrees of eligibility. These are end users, administrative and service personnel. We have chosen to focus on opportunities to streamline the administrator and service personnel work with a mobile service, as these users of MIVEO often are movable and mobile. From this position we have in the study attempted to answer the following question: How can mobile services used to streamline administrative tasks? This study is about developing a mobile application that will contain the same features as the existing system, but must be mobile suit. The goal is that administrators and service personnel to perform the administrative work more efficient and flexible with mobile services. The purpose of this work is to develop design proposals and specifications for a mobile application that is tailored for administrators and service personnel for car pools. Mobile services places new demands on the user and must be user friendly and easy to understand. The user will have new opportunities to plan their work and a lot more flexibility to do their jobs. For this study, we have chosen to use of qualitative research to understand users' experiences, understanding and behaviour when using MIVEO. The work is based on interpretations, ideas and suggestions about how a design prototype should look like based on the company's current information systems. The study was carried out data collection using semi-structured interviews, document analysis and participant observation. In the semi-structured interview, we used a list of specific topics, coupled with the concepts and theories to understand the interviewee's goals, needs and situation. Interview analysis helped us develop the design of user interface, to sketch out the structure and selecting the actual functions that meet user needs. Interview analysis was the basis for the design and that we combined with use of various design principles and design patterns. We developed a paper-based interface kiss. In the creation of interface sketch, we were dealing with more detailed questions about the interaction techniques and graphic design. Based on paper-based interface, we developed a digital prototype in Balsamiq mockups. Digital prototype allows users to interact with the expected product to get a better user experience. Finally, we developed various scenarios to test the prototype's functionality. These scenarios correspond to different tasks that the user might encounter. As a result, we could answer the question by showing that the mobile application will improve the efficiency for the administrator and the service personnel mobile work.
