CHAOS FOR DISCRETE-TIME RTD-BASED CELLULAR NEURAL NETWORKS

In this letter, a model of discrete-time RTD-based cellular neural networks is considered. The chaotic behavior related to the existence of snap-back repellers given by Marotto's theorem is rigorously proved. The parameter regions exhibiting chaotic dynamics are determined.
