Uncertainty Analysis of Temperature Measurement System using Analytical and Interval Algorithm

This paper presents an uncertainty analysis of a temperature measurement system. This has been carried out by analytical methods and verified by the algorithms based on interval arithmetic. A resistance temperature detector (RTD) based temperature measurement system is considered to illustrate the analysis.
