Phase-shifting onmaximal sequences: modulo-2 adders

The shift-and-add property is usually considered in terms of linear binary msequences. After rigorously defining the property, it is shown that a less rigid form of it applies to all linear sequences. A brief description is given of two modulo-2 adders using less components than their conventional counterpart.
