CAMAC/E - Extending the Concept of CAMAC

The usefulness of CAMAC has been extended for a certain class of applications by defining an I/O structure similar to, but more economical than the Dataway. The reduced overhead offers an economical alternative for interfacing large numbers of identical channels.
