Baseband Processor for a Global Positioning System Receiver

In this paper, we propose a baseband processor for obtaining the pseudo-range and navigation message in a Global Positioning System receiver. The baseband processor so designed achieves highly reliable acquisition and low hardware complexity at the cost of increased initial acquisition delay.
